  • The refund request is made after the license has been renewed

2. Subscription Renewals

Refund requests for automatic renewals must be submitted within 30 days of the renewal date and are subject to the same review process. Renewal refunds will only be approved if a valid reason is provided.


3. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

6. License Revocation

Upon receiving a refund, your license will be immediately revoked. You must:

  • Remove the plugin from all websites
  • Delete all plugin files and license keys

Continued use after a refund is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in legal action.

7.1 Duplicate Purchases — Accidentally purchased the same plugin twice? Contact us immediately for a refund within 2–3 business days.

7.2 Pricing Errors — If charged incorrectly due to a website pricing error, contact us and we will investigate and adjust accordingly.
