4.2 License Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the plugin to third parties
- Share your license key with others
- Modify the plugin code and redistribute it
- Use the plugin on more websites than your license permits
- Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings from the plugin
- Use the plugin for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
4.3 License Renewal
Plugin licenses are typically valid for one year from the date of purchase. To continue receiving updates and support after the license expires, you must renew your subscription. Expired licenses do not affect your ability to use the plugin, but you will not receive updates or support.

7.2 Plugin Updates
Plugin updates, including bug fixes, security patches, and new features, are provided to customers with active licenses. We strive to maintain compatibility with current WordPress versions, but cannot guarantee compatibility with all themes or other plugins.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to use our services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights
- Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CODE VIBE STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Code Vibe Studio, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Code Vibe Studio regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
